This movie is so cliché. The very next scenes are easily predictable. Can't believe I fell for the trailer. I should actually be paid back the time I spent watching this movie. Uurrgh! Annoying. Rubbish. I laughed all the way through at the ridiculous plot. This plot has been done to death already, from Fatal Attraction to Swimfan to that Beyonce film I can never remember the name of. And even that was better than this. Why recycle a knackered plot with uncharismatic, 1D characters? I am 58 minutes in and I feel a year older and more jaded. How can a film that runs just under 90 mins be this bland and drawn out.
It was ok. Kind of slow and unrealistic in parts. Not a great part for Nia Long in my opinion. Not much different than a Lifetime movie. 🤷♀️.

Nothing new or exciting about this film. Just a generic stalker plot, that's been done a hundred times before and usually a lot better. Such a shame because with the cast, it had real potential. So "Ellie" Nia Long) hooks up with old friend "David" Omar Epps) they have a bit of a one-night stand and when he decides he wants more and she decides to stick with husband "Marcus" Stephen Bishop) he becomes a good deal more manipulative and menacing in pursuit of her. That's the gist - the execution is terrible. The writing is really poor; what jeopardy there is relies on darkness and some really preposterous scenarios to create a sense of suspense that is more risible than hair-raising.
